The WHO confirmed the first outbreak of the Marburg virus in Equatorial Guinea, a small country in Central Africa.

Marburg virus is a highly infectious and very dangerous disease. It is similar to Ebola, and its symptoms include fever, tiredness, and diarrhea. According to the WHO, 88% of infected people die, and currently, there is no vaccine or medicine which stops the virus.
